Lopid can be used for treating high blood cholesterol and triglycerides. It can be used as well as the right diet. Lopid is an antihyperlipidemic agent. It works by reducing the blood degrees of triglycerides and low-density lipoprotein (LDL) ("bad") cholesterol by reducing their production with the liver. It also increases blood amounts of high-density lipoprotein (HDL) ("good") cholesterol.

Store Lopid at room temperature, between 68 and 77 degrees F (20 and 25 degrees C). Store away from heat, moisture, and light. Do not store in the bathroom. Keep Lopid out from the reach of youngsters and faraway from pets.
